From the moment you receive your purchase, you have 14 days to make any changes.
If you wish to change the size or model of the swimsuit, please send us an email to info@kokufactory.com with the subject “exchange”.
It is essential that they have not been used and are in perfect condition. You will have to send the article to the following address: C/ de l’Enginy, 08840 Viladecans, Barcelona.
The costs of the changes from the client house to our facilities are borne by the customer unless it is an error of Koku Factory. Once we have received the item, we will contact you, and we will proceed to a new shipment at no extra cost.
Within 3 to 7 days from the reception of the article you will receive the new size or model.
Returns
