HOW TO SHOP AT KŌKU factory?
All orders are subject to product availability.
If there are any incidents regarding their supply, or if there are no items left in stock, the customer will be immediately informed and we will proceed to offer a satisfactory solution in each case.
The price of the products are shown in euros with taxes, excluding transport costs, which will be added to the total amount once the customer’s data have been completed in order to proceed with the shipment.
The total amount must be paid by credit or debit card. To place an order, you must click on “PAY”. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm acceptance once we have verified that payment has been made by sending you an email with your personal details and shipping address and confirming that the product will be shipped. If payment has not been received within a maximum of 3 business days, the order will be put back on sale. Kōku factory reserves the right to remove any product from the website at any time and/or remove any material or content from the website.
There may be exceptional circumstances that require Kōku factory to refuse to process an order after the confirmation has been sent. Kōku factory reserves the right to do so at any time.
Exchanges and returns: From the moment you receive your purchase, you have 7 days to examine.
If you wish to change the size or model of the swimsuit, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “exchange”.

Within 3 to 7 days from the reception of the article you will receive the new size or model.
